Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Important: Do not return items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Jolgroup will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us for assistance.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled
